• Shifts will fall between 12.00pm – 10.00pm.

Our agents Work From Home and you would only need to work in the CBD office for 1 week every 8 weeks!
About You:
• Fluent in Japanese
• Strong technical and customer service skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Have a good internet connection and a suitable space with privacy while working from home.
Key Skill Requirements:
• Tech savvy
• Proficient in relevant computer OS and applications (Windows & Mac)
• Proficient in relevant Mobile devices (iOs & Android)
