Citrix infrastructure plays a critical role in the delivery of these pioneering initiatives from supporting our Contact Centre’s delivering world class customer service to providing a stable technology platform that supports the delivery of Sky’s technology ambitions. We are looking for a Citrix Specialist to join our team who can drive platform improvements and initiatives across our growing platform.

What you’ll do:

• Work with the team to deliver effective and timely support for Citrix programmes and projects.
• Assess and provide input on the latest technologies and their impact on a group wide basis.
• Work with the Project Teams to provide regular reviews of progress against milestones to appropriate key stakeholders identifying risks, slippage and proposing mitigating actions to ensure agreed programme benefits are delivered.
• Highly customer focused analytical approach to decision making and problem resolution with experience of assessing impact and prioritising workloads.
• Communicate and collaborate with external clients, vendor partners and internal service specialists.
• Provide BAU 2nd line support to our Contact Centre and Corporate users.
• Participate in the Citrix Team on call rota.
• Look for constant improvement of our Citrix platforms and processes.

• A proactive attitude to improvement and support.
• Have good communication skills to work with colleagues across the Comcast and Sky group.
• Be able to work in a pressured environment.

As a member of the Citrix Support team within Workplace Technologies, you will be involved in ensuring the availability of Sky’s contact centre Citrix platform with users based in the UK, Europe India and North America.
