Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Experience coding with a general purpose programming language (i.e. Java, C++, Python) and working with web technologies
• Ability to speak and write in English and French fluently

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with web security technologies/concepts such as CSP, TLS, XSS, CORS
• Technical writing skills and experience writing detailed technical documentation
• Knowledge or experience with industry advertising solutions, including targeting, re-marketing, measurement and reporting, and/or experience working with the ad tech ecosystem
• Knowledge of the major tools, technologies (front and back-end), and challenges facing web developers
• Ability to communicate disparate observations into structured insights/feedback and trend reports
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

As a Technical Solutions Consultant for Privacy Web Ecosystem, you will play a critical role in helping make the web a safer, more sustainable, and more private place for the world’s users.

We work with many cross-functional teams such as Web Platform, Chrome, Search Ecosystems, and Global Product Partnerships to shape solutions through channeling partner feedback and incorporate best practices into public documentation and case-studies.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare the web and ad-tech ecosystems to improve privacy on the web.
• Collect, synthesize, and share early partner feedback with Chrome product and engineering teams.
• Provide technical and consultative support to strategic web partners to help them prepare, implement, test, and migrate to Chrome products.
