The Android Enterprise Partner and Customer Engineering team is focused on enabling enterprises everywhere to adopt Android as their preferred mobile device platform.
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our enterprise partners and customers in piloting and deploying the Android Enterprise platform. With your help, we’ll improve the way we engage with partners and customers, allowing for many customers to deploy at scale and keeping partners accountable to high standards. In this role, you'll work separately as a contributor and closely with our partners and Engineering and Product teams. You will work on technical challenges with customers and guide our partners through API integrations while improving our team’s and partners’ operations and providing clear/concise feedback to our internal stakeholders. You'll also provide technical understanding to our Support teams while looking for opportunities to streamline their work and improve our ability to resolve issues quickly. When you’re not troubleshooting and automating, you’re looking for ways to increase Android Enterprise knowledge through writing implementation and support guides, developing training materials, and helping teammates to succeed.
