    Job Description

    ***The base salary banding for this role is £34,000 - £44,000 in London and £28,000 - £36,000 outside of London, plus the benefits listed below.***

    The Group Transformation Recruitment team is looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to support the team’s external headhunting capability. You’ll have a background in recruitment preferably from working within a search environment. Experience in research for recruitment is critical, in particular the ability to identify and engage hard to reach passive talent often not visible through public domain information. Getting past gate-keepers and the ability to build credibility with targeted individuals are must-have requirements.

    You’ll have an excellent track record in the successful completion of complex research assignments, evidencing skills in primary and secondary research methodologies.

    What you’d get involved with

    • Identification, qualification and pipeline tracking of desired candidate skills and relevant teams within competitor organisations
    • Identification of passive “under the radar” candidates by telephone and advanced desk research methodologies
    • Contributing to the design and planning of research projects to meet mandate requirements
    • Handling external market data ensuring intelligence is kept up to date
    • Presentation of market intelligence on a range of topics, for example salary and reward benchmarking, candidate perception etc. demonstrating knowledgeable analysis to support recruitment initiatives
    • Contributing to the development of diverse talent pools using a range of networks, social media and social communities
    • Supporting the conversion of headhunted candidates into hires

    We'll be specifically looking for these skills on your CV

    • Ability to build and deliver top quality diverse talent pipelines, to fulfil hiring plans across a range of business areas
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate and hold intelligent conversations with candidates and Hiring Managers and present written documentation
    • Strong personal recruitment network which can be used to build talent pipelines and increase the attraction of top quality direct hires
    • Proven track record demonstrating the ability to identify strong individuals who are never visible in the marketplace or actively looking
    • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
    • Highly analytical with the ability to work across various business areas and organise large amounts of data into concise and targeted information summaries

    It would also be great if you have :

    • Proven experience of identifying and headhunting experienced Software Engineering & technical candidates, ideally within the Cloud technology space
    • Experience using Workday
    • Experience using Textio
