Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources responsibilities include:

• Screening candidates through ATS system, LinkedIN and other sources
• New-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
• Liaising with hiring managers to support recruitment
• Interviews, pre-screening, job postings, sourcing talent
• Maintain a pipeline to align with future hiring needs

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with full cycle technical recruitment (Networking/Telecom)
• Solid understanding of basic protocols of communication framework
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills, sense of urgency and ability to adapt and pivot quickly to address the needs of the business
