We have exciting plans to launch new devices for our customers here at TalkTalk. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager/Device Manager who will take ownership in rolling out these new products to our consumers and phasing out our current devices.
"Okay, but what will I be doing?"
You will be responsible for working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Quality Assurance to launch new functionality and improve customer experience on our existing devices as well as support the development and deployment of new devices across both our Business and Consumer bases.
role will bring you into contact with a wide variety of devices and customers, routers, Powerline Adapters, Wireless Adapters, Mesh Technologies, Digital Voice and TV Set-Top Boxes as well as the management and insight tool that are required to manage and understand customer experiences such as ACS, TR069, and other data sources.
You will own the creation of firmware release plans, execution, monitoring of key metrics to ensure business and customer benefits have been realising and reporting on progress.
