As part of the Home technology product function,  the Technical Product Owner will focus on Super WiFi, improving the WiFi connectivity at home through a distributed extenders setup and optimisation software components. In particular, Super WiFi offers:

–    Wall-to-wall coverage: Home coverage is ensured by utilizing extenders, expanding the availability of a fast, reliable WiFi to the entire home.
–    Smart Network: Super WiFi optimizes the WiFi experience by cloud assisted channel planning and band steering, minimizing the impact of interference. 
–    WiFi Experts: Constantly collected diagnostic data from all devices provide deep insights into the customers WiFi network and allow for efficient and effective troubleshooting by customer care.
–    Easy-to-use app: The onboarding of Extenders and the control of the Super WiFi is embedded into the Router Manager app.

As the Technical Product Owner, you are part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the product development lifecycle of Vodafone’s state-of-the-art Super WiFi proposition. Using latest technologies and agile delivery practices, our products and services are provided with high quality to ensure excellent customer experience and revenue impact. 
As key member of our Product Squad, you will own the strategic direction of our agile technical product development and delivery, working closely with the commercial product teams, understanding requirements and business demands and providing technical guidance to deliver cutting edge solutions. 
The role requires a solid background in digital technologies and IT projects, and previous experience in roles as Business Analyst, Agile Delivery Manager or Solutions Architect are of benefit. Hands-on and deep knowledge of state of the art technologies and solutions used in consumer services especially in the mobile and broadband business is a differentiator. Moreover, strong communication skills are a must as you will interface with people and teams around the globe and with different disciplines, from commercial to technical and internal to 3rd parties.

What we are looking for:
•    Experience as Technical Product Owner/ Business Analyst, Solutions Architect or Agile Delivery Manager
•    Scrum / Agile methodologies and Software Development
•    Experience delivering complex strategic projects in the areas of communications, web or mobile services.
•    Familiar with IT standards such as REST, Cloud concepts, Microservices, APIs, Security Concepts, Home Gateway solutions, Mobile Apps
