Technical Lead – Job Description
- Coordinating conversations with internal teams and the vendor
- Completing and helping complete documentation (e.g., design documents, workflow diagrams, support documents, etc.)
- Working with ServiceNow to resolve ongoing issues and coordinating internally to ensure processes run smoothly
- Participating in daily Jira tasks, and team meetings a.k.a. stand-ups
- Primarily a coordination role, where keeping in touch with different stakeholders is essential to answer questions and keep the project on track
- Keeping organized and following self-made schedule
Technical Lead – Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years working in a Technical Lead, coordination heavy role, where workflow expertise was demonstrated. Not necessarily senior experience.
- Familiarity or experience working with infrastructure will be pivotal to working with internal teams
- Organization and coordination
- Time management
- Communication
- Proactive, self-starter
- Curious and willing to ask questions and search for answers
Technical Lead – Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with client Project IT delivery; client Enterprise Delivery Framework stages/deliverables
- Experience with Jira and/or Confluence
- Experience with CGI Mpower and/or Oracle database
- Has experience working in agile development methodologies
