This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Technical support professional to work with autonomy on some fantastic large scale HR ERP applications. You will have a voice in a team with a fantastic culture in this role its not one to be missed.

What you’ll do:

• Support and management of HR Applications across Sky Group; including Recruiting, Learning, Development, Document Management and HCM
• Monitoring and review of Application and Service KPIs
• Management of support team; including performance reviews and resource allocation
• Liaise with Application owners to manage service
• Bringing together the wider HR Technology team and Functional Analysts in support of the HR Applications
• Contribute to service reviews; both internally, across Sky group, and externally with the Application suppliers/vendors

What you’ll bring:

• Successful track record of simultaneously supporting multiple business applications
• Knowledge of established support processes and frameworks e.g. ITIL
• Experience of customer and management engag ment in an Application support setting
• A desire to improve yourself, the team and the services performed by the HR Technology team
• An interest in HR Applications
