“Our team is responsible for the delivery of video conferencing at Sky, including white glove concierge support, systems management and AV/VC design. What you’ll be:

Sky’s VC operations team are looking for a passionate and driven Engineer to join the team, this role requires a forward thinking and hands on approach, offering exceptional service to all levels of the business. Sky is a fast-paced environment, and you will be at the core of it.

  • A confident, friendly, approachable manner with a flexible, can-do attitude, collaborating for success.
  • Have exceptional organisational skills, ability to multi-task, have good time management and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, to tight time scales and enjoy understanding issues and problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); able to build effective relationships internally and externally.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience working with multiple platforms and technologies related to enterprise video-conferencing and multimedia products and services (Cisco, Microsoft, Crestron, Q-SYS Samsung)
  • Experience installing/upgrading/maintaining hardware systems and software packages (Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms).
  • Confident in creating documentation for team Intranet page, Operations Teams, Help Desk, and Regional IT personnel, training materials for End Users.
  • Ability to collaborate with operations and support teams to provide direction/support, streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Working knowledgeof Sky systemsisadvantageous,includingServiceNow, Condeco andAriba
