Roles within this career pathway:

• Business Analyst– our Business Analysts capture requirements that drive solutions to meet customers’ needs, whilst being able to explain complex concepts and problems in a simple way. They analyse and evaluate business opportunities and identify areas for improvement, championing the use of technology to improve how we do things for our customers and our colleagues

• Project Manager– our Project Managers are experts in organising – both of themselves and others! They are comfortable taking the lead in group situations and making sure that everyone is heard, ensuring things get done in the right way, on time and on budget. You’ll need to act as an agent of change, driving success over the project lifecycle – from initial conception to delivery and handover.

• Programme Management Office – the PMO team plays a key role in supporting other business and technology colleagues to deliver strategic programmes totalling hundreds of millions in value. The Programme Management Office role specifically is often described as being the “conductor of the symphony”, the independent view that guides delivery in the right direction

• Risk & Governance – we work within a highly regulated industry. That’s why our risk experts are so central to what we do – and how we do it. They protect our business so we can get the right results for our customers and shareholders. They ensure we have robust frameworks in place so we can keep on discovering, predicting, understanding, and managing our risks.

Skills and experience

For our Tech Returner opportunities you will need to have previously worked in a similar role to one of the above within Technology. We’re interested in meeting you regardless of industry or size of organisation that you’ve worked in.  And you’ll be returning to work after a minimum two year career break.
