Technology Enablement ensures IT for Transport can confidently deliver essential services to the people of NSW. We:

The opportunity
We have a exciting permanent full time opportunity for a Senior Business Coordinator Tech Academy to join the Technology Enablement team within IT, based at Macquaire Park with flexible work options.
Its great time to be a part of the IT Experience and Business Enablement team where you will be responsible for leading the cultural uplift across growing our talent, creating career pathways and embedding learning culture within the IT for Transport branch.
The role will lead Tech Academy services which provide emerging tech opportunities through lunch and learns, educational offerings, management of business processes, strategic planning, organisational improvement and manage key stakeholder relationships.
The role will:
Uplift the IT branch focussing on key initiatives across growing our talent and embedding a learning culture.
Contribute to building a fearless can do talent, that explores creative opportunites to invest in our people and enable our people to deliver the best work of their lives
Work alongside curious minds and help bring to life our plans that looks to grow and support learning experiences for our people across IT
Focus on continuing to provide technology service offerings that foster development in emerging tech opportunities to our people
Partner with key stakeholders and manage external relationships to leverage ongoing benefits through learning
Drive continous improvement in upskilling our digital IT workforce and support learning and shared experiences and recognition of our talent
Deliver reporting and analytics on learning and training benefits

About you

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 9 ($138,670.00 - $155,309.00) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
