In this role you will work closely with the Building Unit Manager to coordinate operational activities of the unit and ensure any issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

About the role:

You will handle operational matters independently and be responsible for driving continuous improvement, the efficient delivery of business development and oversee the service functions and project activities for the Unit. You will directly manage and support Building Unit initiatives providing efficiency, timelines, management of expectations and the maintenance of deliverables.
