Do you offer exposure to providing a business or team with administration support and enjoy providing assistance to busy people in a professional environment and being the go to?  My client is in need of a professional who has this experience alongside a great attitude to join a great bunch of Project Managers and support them in all things administration.

Opportunity

You will be involved with a true mixture of delegated business support tasks ranging from:

 

  • Supporting the team with all administration
  • Preparation of project reports, proposals and tenders and documentation
  • Organise team functions and client events alongside Marketing team
  • Support National Administration Manager, your Manager
  • Work across systems involved with invoicing and timesheets
  • Preparation of project reports and documentation
  • Project administration
  • Assist and coordinate all onboarding of new staff for your team
