Position Summary:

Talent Specialist – Associate (Hybrid work schedule is possible)

The Central HR Talent team is looking for an energized and engaged new team member to work on the design and delivery of targeted HR projects across Europe. Our new team member will identify, build and deliver strategic initiatives which support the implementation of our Talent strategy. As part of a small but dynamic central team, you must be able to collaborate with teams across the business on a wide remit covering talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the team in the design, set up and execution of international initiatives related to HR and Talent management.
  • Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion projects and initiatives across Europe
  • Support management in identifying key people metrics and support in data analytics.
  • Develop reports and presentations for management and provide meaningful insight
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to successfully implement internal customer focused solutions to address talent needs.
  • Design and draft communications and supporting material to ensure successful roll-out and implementation of our Talent initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate will

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or other relevant fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in project or program management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite and SharePoint skills.
  • Experience with PowerBI, Workday and Service Now is a plus.
