We are recruiting a Talent Coordinator to join us and support our team of Resourcing Partners.

About You

As a Talent Coordinator you will act as a candidate experience ambassador ensuring a positive experience at all stages throughout the Harrods recruitment process. You will be highly organised, efficient and accurate, with the ability to multitask and achieve results and deadlines. You will be self-motivated, proactive and able to apply initiative to work independently as well as contribute to the effectiveness Harrods Resourcing and the wider HR Team.

The Role

You will work in a close and collaborative team to deliver outstanding experiences across the candidate life-cycle for roles across Harrods Head Office and Operations. You will be the first point of contact for recruitment related queries and will support the team in the interview booking, advertising, shortlisting and logistics of the recruitment cycle. You will support with ad hoc recruitment projects, including industry and candidates’ events, careers fairs and open days.
