Talent Consultant (FTC)
As Talent Consultant you will play a key role in executing our global talent strategy at Primark, implementing talent and wider CoE people & culture projects across our international markets.
Our Talent Consultants act as a subject matter experts in talent and other areas of the people life cycle people. They will work with a variety of stakeholders from both retail and our head office ensuring the design and delivery of effective talent solutions that closely serve our business strategy.
Our Talent Consultants will plan, manage and deliver every aspect of key talent & people & culture project’s whilst partnering with key stakeholders across P&C and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create integrated, global, scalable best in class solutions to support our continued expansion
- Support in the creation of consistent people & culture solutions across all regional markets ensuring they balance global consistency and local requirements
- Bring new ideas to the business, solving issues and shaping the talent acquisition strategy
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within P&C, Primark and externally to deliver results
- Ensuring an integrated and scalable approach to solutions
- Monitoring and measuring the impact and effectiveness of our projects to ensure consistent delivery and commercial impact
- Supporting our key vendors and ensuring consistent usage across all our markets
- Act as the subject matter expert on people & culture projects, brining external best practice and research into the organisation
- Partner with key stakeholders across the Centres of Expertise to identify and enhance key touch points in the colleague lifecycle
- Communicate project progress to all levels throughout the organisation
Experience/Requirements:
- Graduate level HR qualification or equivalent (Organisational Psychology / Organisational Development)
- Experience of working in a consulting capacity to deliver best in class solutions on a global scale
- Experience in an ‘in house’ resourcing/talent projects role in a global, retail or blue-chip multi-country environment
