As a Talent and Employment Brand Program Manager, you'll drive how we share the magic of working at Google. You will leverage your program management skills and in-depth understanding of Google’s culture and the competitive hiring landscape to set the strategy for Google’s employment branding efforts.
You will partner with a cross-functional team of Googlers in People Operations to bring this narrative to life across every touchpoint of the candidate experience – in written and verbal communications and across our systems, trainings and more. Internally, you will partner with our Internal Communications and Diversity teams to ensure that every Googler feels connected to these branding efforts. Your passion and creativity, innovative thinking and ability to drive results will enable you to influence perceptions of work at Google and help us hire the next generation of technologists to advance Google’s mission.
