The Role

We are looking for a tech savvy recruitment expert to join our fast-growing team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role you will manage the full cycle recruitment process, working with hiring managers to bring the best and brightest talent into the organisation and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsible for talent acquisition for our APAC and Global Service teams, this role will build up an in-depth knowledge of a variety of different areas of the business. Developing compelling advertising copy and recruitment marketing collateral to maximise employer branding and candidate attraction. Utilising a variety of strategies to source and screen candidates.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work in a global team, recruiting a variety of technical and revenue generating roles across the business
  • Partner with hiring managers, managing the full recruitment process end to end
  • Take ownership of candidate management, providing an excellent experience from first impression through to contract signing and onboarding
  • Providing insights, direction and recommendations on how to best engage local and international talent for your Business Units
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Talent Acquisition function as well as the wider HR function

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Solid experience managing the attraction and recruitment process end to end, ideally with some exposure to sales or technical positions
  • A tertiary qualification
  • Good understanding of candidate management
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A customer focused attitude with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
