The opportunity
Based in our Southern regional office located in Riccarton, you will lead permanent recruitment for our centres based in Wellington right through to Invercargill. We are searching for a creative, forward thinking and enthusiastic recruiter with an ability to work beyond just the transactional recruitment processes. Our perfect person will be someone who can support national, and create regional, talent acquisition strategies that help us grow as the employer of choice in the ECE sector.
This is a busy role supporting around 94 centres in the region and working closely with Hiring Managers to support all centre-based vacancies while managing the end to end process seamlessly. With a high volume of candidates to support, you will work quickly to pair them with the centre that best suits their teaching practice and professional development goals. You will have proven experience in delivering people outcomes and day-to-day you will have a relentless focus on building leader capability to deliver phenomenal outcomes for our people, tamariki and whanau.

About you:
You will have some experience working in recruitment and you'll be a team player who naturally works collaboratively with stakeholders and is proactive to provide recruitment support to your customers (our ECE centres).
We have robust recruitment processes already, what we need is someone who can help us identify opportunities to promote our business, connect the right candidates with the right centres and add some creative flair to our advertising and approach.
