Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join our expanding team in this newly created role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

You will be responsible for attracting and creating talent pools for our Hospitals, ensuring a first class candidate and hiring manager experience. 

The role

• Actively source potential candidates through all suitable sources
• Full recruitment lifecycle ownership
• Develop and maintain specific Ramsay Candidate Pipelines for clinical functions
• Manage entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing to induction.
• Build and develop strong relationships with hiring managers

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in recruitment, Healthcare experience would be advantageous
• Able to demonstrate good communication skills and stakeholder management
• A desire to progress and improve our service 
• Passionate about candidate experience
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team structure
