Our Talent Acquisition Specialists act as key business partners and provide expert advice to leaders across the organisation.
How you will do it
- Source and recruit candidates for departments in our Bratislava Business Centre and Corporate functions across the UK and Europe such as Finance, Procurement, Tax, HR, and Marketing
- Work closely with hiring managers and lead the end-to-end recruitment process
- Identify and source candidates using a variety of tools and methods
- Maintain a high level of sourcing activity, ensuring a healthy pipeline of interviews for each vacancy
- Use Boolean search queries on LinkedIn and other CV databases to efficiently identify talent
- Effectively manage ten plus vacancies and maintain a satisfactory time to hire
- Work strategically by proactively building talent pools and pipelines for future needs
- Provide feedback and insight to influence changes to the process, necessary to secure top talent for vacancies
- Deliver structured briefing calls, realigning essential and preferred skills as required
- Adopt a Marketing and Sales mentality to sell and promote the business, the job opportunity and your candidates
- Problem-solve issues to avoid potential delays to the recruitment process
- Provide an excellent customer service to hiring managers and candidates
- Demonstrate well-structured written and verbal communication skills
- Believing the best work is done in teams and seek to collaborate and support your team to collectively achieve your goals
What we look for
Required:
- A successful working history in Recruitment either from an agency or an in-house department
- Excellent sourcing skills, utilising a range of tools and methods
- A demonstrable track record of using Boolean searches to source and secure top talent
- Must be used to sourcing across different platforms and adapting quickly to new ones
- Able to communicate confidently and deliver an exceptional customer service
- You will be highly organised, prioritise well and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Must be resilient, comfortable presenting new ideas and respectfully challenge when needed
Preferred:
- German language skills, intermediate level of higher
- LinkedIn Recruiter Certified
