A bit about the job:
The Aviva Investors talent acquisition team provides end to end operational and strategic recruitment services across all business functions. As one of a team of recruitment specialists you’ll have accountability for proactively sourcing candidates, supporting hiring managers through assessment and selection and completing the offer process with successful candidates. The team is based in London and provides recruitment support across Europe, the US and APAC.
This is an interim opportunity for 6 months
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Extensive knowledge and demonstrable experience in managing the full lifecycle of in-house recruiting across a variety of levels.
Able to use a range of sourcing and selection strategies, marketing tools, job websites and initiatives to attract candidates. Elevates and promotes employee value proposition across markets and professional communities.
Highly skilled relationship manager; able to build and maintain relationships with People team colleagues, Leaders and Candidates. Can influence and challenge whilst being able to flex approach where appropriate.
Ensures the diversity of talent pipelines and influences hiring manager behaviours to ensure a robust and fair assessment process. Champions inclusive hiring by promoting opportunities to a broad candidate pool.
Resilient and highly organised with excellent attention to detail, the ability to work at pace and prioritise own workload.
Proficient user of Office 365 systems and knowledge of Workday Recruiter an advantage, but not essential.

Starting salary up to £80,000
