Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support to this travel industry leader. There will be lots of opportunities to learn as you navigate through the client's systems and networks. Your key objective is to establish a pro-active IT environment and provide a level of customer service which results in you being the go-to for the client.
Our client is a managed service provider based in Sydney, NSW. Experienced in mixed Microsoft and Apple environments, they offer support and consulting services to help customers meet immediate and future needs efficiently.
