Fully in-office position - This is a Fraser Valley based engineering firm looking for a Senior Systems Administrator. This position will start out by immediately contributing their 5+ years of Sys Admin experience while getting training and experience required for the specific systems this company uses. The role comes with a career path to IT Manager for the right person, and will report to the IT Director.

Aside from traditional Windows servers, OS, virtual machines, desktops, peripherals and wi-fi networks, you will be working in a Microsoft Azure environment.

This is a full-time position that includes a competitive base salary, extended benefits, and paid vacation.

Requirements

Here are some of the items that you'll bring to the table for this role:

[-] Experience in corporate IT system administration for Windows environments, servers, desktops, applications, and hardware.

[-] Experience working within a cloud based environment (Azure)

[-] Great attitude, eager and proactive in bringing forward new ideas that can help the company.

[-] Given the location of the office and other work sites, a car and driver's license is required.

Nice to have:

[-] Experience in an engineering firm will help you to hit the ground running.
