Responsibilities
- Influence and develop new designs, architectures, standards and methods for large-scale distributed systems
- Sustain servers, load-balancers, and data storage found in various places
- Participate in service capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance evaluation, and system tuning
- General IT maintenance and administration
- Deployments experience preferred
- General familiarity with Navision is a nice to have
- Knowledge of Technical Support
- Proven knowledge of ShoreTel
- PC desktop/workstations experience
- System administration experience desired
- Service Desk Tickets experience highly desired
- Well-founded grasp of ShoreTel
- Knowledge of network operating systems - as well as programming or scripting language - is desired
- Efficient in crafting, analyzing and fixing large-scale distributed systems
- A good understanding of HTTP traffic, content delivery and caching
- Proficiency in clustered and virtual storage solutions
- 2+ years of related experience
