Role Scope:
Portfolio – c2M RSF
Headcount - 2 direct staff
Financial - $TBDMM
Reports to EMEA CRS Head
Job Purpose:
Plans, develops, and implements strategies to maximize the employee experience and quality of the physical assets within the Sub-Region
Ensures the safe and effective operation of the buildings infrastructure to fully support the businesses operating within the portfolio
Key Responsibilities
- Plans, develops, and implements strategies to maximize the value of assets within the UK&I Cluster
- Ensures safe and effective operation of the buildings infrastructure to fully support the businesses operating within the portfolio
- Ensures compliance with all statutory and Citi policies and procedures
- Working with Global Workstreams, Risk & Control and Sourcing to implement best practices for third party management across the portfolio
- Responsibility for the P&L of the Portfolio and establishes and manages the budget for the Cluster
- Prime CRM for all UKI businesses
- Partners with the Project Management function and ensures all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Partners with the Real Estate function to ensure effective and commercial management of our operational real estate portfolio
- Partners with the FM function to ensure professional employee experience
- Leads the change management programmes related to real estate and project strategies
- Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, safety and environmental issues for the portfolio
- Prime CRM with other Global Function Heads in HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, CTI, O&T, Audit in UKI
- Managing the internal and external team members
- Supporting Regional and Global strategic and tactical tasks as appropriate
