We are seeking a Support and Quality Assurance Lead who will raise the standard for customer-obsessed, consistent and inclusive data management & business reporting for our team. In this role, you will lead our data support engagement, establish and meet quality, security and accessibility SLAs for reporting, and relentlessly pursue data quality with our upstream partners. Responsibilities
We are looking for a Support and Quality Assurance lead who will own the following core responsibilities:
- Lead support function for WWL reporting team
- Report definition consistency across WWL and other BI teams
- Lead implementation of data quality audits across all reporting assets to increase data quality and reduce support ticket volume.
- Implement metrics governance & data source validation
- Investigate, prioritize, and advocate for upstream tooling changes that cause data quality issues
- Feed support data regularly back into requirements for reporting improvements
- Develop and drive reporting SLAs agreed to by field & other stakeholders
- Champion accessibility, security, and privacy standards across all reports

Qualifications
- The successful candidate will demonstrate passion and skills aligned with business insights and data analysis, and exceptional program management skills.
- Business Intelligence professional with experience in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Data engineering/architect and/or UX experience a plus
- 2+ year s demonstrated experience driving quality initiatives, leading support workstreams, working to understand and resolve technical customer issues at scale essential.
- The candidate should be able to work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands flexibility, high quality, and creativity.
- Highly adaptable and strong collaborator, fierce advocate, and influencer
- Strong track record of building strategy and developing sound project plans with clearly defined measures of success, and delivering on these objectives.
- Effective analytical skills to synthesize complex data sets into easy to consume and actionable business insights
- Demonstrated expertise in cross team collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver aligned business objectives, timelines and optics
- Proven ability to manage programs end to end to deliver outcomes on time and on budget
- Attention to detail and the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations
- Strong oral and written communication skills and executive presence
Additional requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, engineering or related fields; MBA preferred
- 2+ years demonstrated experience driving quality initiatives, leading support workstreams, working to understand and resolve technical customer issues at scale essential.
- 5+ years experience and a proven track record as a business analyst, data analyst, management consultant, business planner (or similar roles)
- 5+ years’ professional experience in the high-tech industry or learning industry
- Previous experience navigating large matrixed organizations a strong plus
