Job Description

Don't miss this exciting opportunity to join a high performing, tight-knit team who are responsible for providing level 2 & 3 support for incidents, requests, changes and updates.

You'll be experienced in identify emerging patterns, raising bugs for development team and configuring system feature releases.

You will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate level IT support experience
  • Bachelors or Diploma in IT or other relevant qualification in ITIL or any Microsoft Certification is desirable
  • Bonus points for ITIL 4 Certification
  • Mostly, you will be approachable, friendly and collaborative
