The Supply Chain Project Manager is a strong, dynamic and innovative role, supporting the Supply Chain Project & Systems Manager for all Supply Chain Projects and Change initiatives.
This entails Project and Change Management, supporting the Supply Chain Project & Systems Manager to ensure successful delivery on-time and within budget and that all aspects from concept and initiation to go live support and realisation are considered and that all stakeholders are identified and engaged. Maintaining an integrated plan, identifying dependencies, and driving the critical path. Holding work-stream leads to account, ensuring there are clear supporting activities in play (e.g. change & comms approaches). This also involves supporting the preparation of updates to Steering, Distribution Leadership and Change Stakeholders, other relevant Harrods Parties including IT and Third Party Suppliers and Advisors.
The Supply Chain Project Manager is an ambassador for developing the team and for continuous learning and improvement, seeking opportunities to drive all forms of optimisation. This includes the Team learning and skills development, change initiation, requirements gathering, delivery and implementation of improvement initiatives.

A good communicator with excellent change and stakeholder management skills, able to demonstrate credibility with senior management and good conflict resolution skills as well as influencing/managing people without direct authority. A team player with ability to integrate Agile delivery within a standard project framework.
You will be budget planning and management with Finance engagement, Cost Estimates, CAPEX and OPEX forecast and actuals as well as defining the requirement and scope clearly and ensuring absolute understanding by all parties and change RACI. You will be managing change delivery through all stages of the lifecycle.
Strong knowledge with SAP and SAP automation and integration, ERP, EWM as well as project management qualification e.g. Prince 2.
