This role is Key to the Business supporting the Supply Chain team on managing the End to End Supply Chain across the TalkTalk Group.

How will I add value in this role?

Personal Qualities and Skills

To be an effective supply chain coordinator, you will need to be a fantastic communicator, confident in liaising with external suppliers and internal teams. You will also need good numerical skills and an eye for detail. Here are the required personal qualities and skills to succeed in the role:

  • Fantastic office admin skills

  • Data literacy - strong numerical reasoning

  • MS Office competency, particularly Excel and Outlook

  • Good interpersonal skills, especially to be able to communicate externally with suppliers and internally with colleagues

  • Good time management and organisational skills to meet timescales and deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Customer-focused

  • Self-motivated

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Good computer literacy

  • Some previous experience in supply chain or procurement desired

Lifecycle Management

Working closely with the supply chain team to ensure the entire lifecycle of a product is captured through planning, from inception to end of life. There are multiple SKU's that can make up a single piece of customer premise equipment, understanding the product roadmap is essential to being able to support the lifecycle of the products.

Change Management

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the delivery of continuous improvements, projects and business change where required.

Team Support

 Support the rest of the Supply Chain team in delivering the best possible customer experience and financial results, and offer assistance to other areas of the business, driving opportunities and efficiencies from better controls, integration and/or visibility. This could include supporting the communications from internal stakeholders on supply chain queries, stock availability, stuck orders and 3PL related questions.
