The Food Supply Assistant Manager will be leading and developing a high performing supply team delivering results through effective management of the OB product cycle within Harrods Food Halls, Restaurants & Kitchen, automation and building scalable processes in order to minimise waste while maximising sales through availability across all channels

About You

You will lead and develop a high performing supply team, delivering results through effective management of the product cycle within the Harrods Food Halls, Restaurants and Kitchens. You have a true passion for food, are commercially savvy with excellent communication, problem solving and project management skills.

You will be able to create accountability by founding KPIs (e.g. availability) through measurable metrics and scale-able processes, and you will be able to work closely with key stakeholders in commercial and retail in order to develop processes to deliver KPIs in waste management and availability whilst maximising sales opportunities. More specifically, we’re looking for someone with:

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge in buying systems (SAP, PIM & Proclarity)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership to inspire and nurture a high performing team by reviewing team’s capabilities, provide training and role modelling values

As a Food Supply Assistant Manager you will support the Food Supply Manager and be the escalation point for all queries from the Supply Coordinators in relation to product availability in Food Halls, Restaurants and Kitchens.
