What you’ll do:

• You will be helping to build and maintain a successful team, including working with the Head of GRC and Head of Network Architecture and Security to define the organisation and its processes, outputs, and interfaces.
• You will collaborate closely with Engineering and GRC/Security functions through the lens of the whole lifecycle of vendor relationships, understanding the threat/risk model for Sky’s telecoms supply chain, to provide guidance on how to lead these risks whilst balancing operability of the network.
• You will align and co-ordinate the identification, assessment, and management of supplier security with regards relevant regulation and general operational risk management.
• Evaluate and report on critical metrics related to supplier risk, regulatory/contractual compliance levels and supplier engagement

What you’ll bring:

• To be successful in this role you will have the ability to work with multiple partners and provide clarity to wider teams on how to handle Sky’s suppliers
• It is likely that you have worked in IT audit and/or have IT information security experience and you will be familiar with designing and testing control frameworks
• You will be working closely with our suppliers, representing Sky, and therefore you must have excellent stakeholder management skills
• You will be comfortable working with technical information received from Sky’s suppliers
• You will be able to work efficiently in a time-sensitive manner (e.g., during a procurement lifecycle)
• You will be able to collaborate with business colleagues, describing the technical risks in an understandable manner to work with them to seek practical solutions
