Supplier Engagement Lead 
 
A Supplier Engagement Lead in our business is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced category analyst or buyer who has a strong passion in utilising data to inform actionable insights.   
 
Your experience in FMCG will support your understanding of category and growth drivers, helping you act as a key conduit between our buying and supplier stakeholders to develop and design effective processes and tools; driving supplier engagement and productive joint category planning.

About You:
 
This key stakeholder role requires you to understand the category management process.  You will be adept at breaking information into component parts, patterns and relationships and will be a self starter with a bias towards action and attention to detail.
 
Your deep FMCG knowledge will set you up for success and you will be comfortable using Excel to and advanced proficiency for data analysis and exposure to SQL and GCP would be beneficial. Influencing without positional power will be something that comes naturally to you, along with a desire to drive continuous improvement.
 
You will: 

• Have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and the connection between retailers and suppliers 
• Demonstrate high stakeholder management skills
• Be comfortable with leading and driving project teams and outcomes
