Are you good with building relationships? Then we have a new and exciting opportunity within our Technical Service Department supporting the operational side of our UK Business. 

This role will be responsible for:

• Identifying and on boarding new subcontractors across the UK with an overall aim of ensuring that G4S F&SS has a wide pool      of available subcontractors in order to guarantee the best quality of installation work at the most competitive commercial  rates.
• Initially create and then maintain the database / information relating to our sub-contractors.
• Contract negotiation with existing and new sub-contractors to ensure that a suitable contract is in place between F&SS and the subcontractor that provides the necessary commercial protection and satisfies the standards (PIMS) required by G4S Group Procurement.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with G4S modern slavery / human trafficking F&SS environmental requirements via examination of policies and procedures.
• Regular review of the product offerings that are delivered to us via subcontractors F&SS suppliers  

Essential Qualifications:

• Good standard of general education.
  
• Minimum C grade at GCSE (or equivalent)in English & Maths
  

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of Installation of Security or Fire / Life safety systems
  
• Very strong knowledge of Security industry / Fire Industry regulations and standards
  
• Strong numerical & commercial skills
  
• Strong negotiator able to work to secure agreement that works for both parties in a negotiation

• Electrical BS7671 standards knowledge
