As a Student Recruitment Advisor you will play a pivotal role promoting our programmes to students, and provide the support and assistance they need to succeed at their studies, and achieve their career goals and aspirations.

The role is principally a domestic student recruitment position, which requires some travel, weekend and evening work. The position involves proactively developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key external stakeholders who can channel new students to Skill New Zeeland. Other marketing and business development activities designed to increase the external profile of Skill NZ as a high-quality tertiary education provider will be involved. Working to meet enrolment targets you will be the key contact point for students throughout the application and enrolment process.

The successful applicant will:

• Have experience in Sales and/or Customer Service with a proven track record of success.
• Be driven by a passion for meeting and exceeding targets. 
• Have a strong customer service ethic and the ability to effectively build and maintain professional networks and relationships.
• Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate skills in all Microsoft office programmes.
• Be motivated, friendly and have a positive disposition.
• The ability to present well to stakeholders.
• Have a full New Zealand Driver's License with a clean record.
