What you will do:

Under the direction of the Manager, Student Financial Services, the Student Financial Services Advisor liaises with current students throughout the academic year to provide a high level of customer service, information and ensure effective and accurate communication. The incumbent’s organizational skills are critical to the timely processing of OSAP applications and supporting the efficient operations of the Registrarial Services department. This involves ensuring that students receive maximum funding and ensuring that they meet all criteria and requirements of OSAP policies as stated by the Ministry Colleges & Universities (MCU). The incumbent provides expert advice to students, parents/partners and other third parties, and deals with sensitive and highly confidential information. The incumbent ensures that the integrity of the University is maintained by accurately processing financial services documents including OSAP, awards, bursaries, and tuition and fee processing.
