Our Student Advisors are part of our wider Business Development team and utilise our CRM (HubSpot) to engage, consult and assist our current and prospective students, via email, phone and through our live chat channel.

What exactly will you be doing?

You will contribute to the achievement of AAT’s business plan objectives and the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation by:

• Increasing acquisition of AAT students through supporting the conversion of prospective students to achieve annual sales targets

• Promoting MAAT and AATQB membership through various calls

• Making outbound calls to a range of AAT stakeholders to support and increase AAT membership.

• Working as part of a team delivering a first class, professional customer service, using a range of communication methods.

What experience are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates with great interpersonal and communication skills, who are customer and delivery centric and enjoys working towards targets. Experience of working in an education and training background would be desirable but is not essential.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience to join us:

• Excellent communication skills and able to challenge, listen, influence and persuade.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for sales
• Able to demonstrate competence gained from relevant sales experience (ideally from call centre activity)
• Proven track record of successfully converting prospective buyers into sales
• Experience using a CRM system to log and record activities and manage sales pipeline
