You will have substantial experience in:

• Managing relationships with clients.
• Staff and business operations.
• You will still be hands on, setting the pace technically.
• Steering by example with the highest levels of service and quality through every step of team’s growth.

Shareholding

Salary $250 to $350K + options, total remuneration (based on historical figures and the other discipline sector leads) $450K to $600K

You will be a qualified, Chartered, Structural Engineer with proven ability in Seismic Design to NZ standards.
