The role sits within Customer Growth within the Loyalty and Partnerships team. Within the team, there are 4 Leads whom along with their teams are responsible for Commercial, Propositions, Marketing and Customer Experience. You will be responsible for the planning and performance of the programme’s churn targets and P&L management and driving the loyalty strategy in Consumer Group.

What you’ll do:

– Planning: Responsible for quarterly, annual, and long-range VIP planning and P&L working with key stakeholders to deliver VIP proposition and plans
– Performance: Lead a team of commercial managers and analysts that use commercial acumen and insight to drive the performance of VIP’s plans, marketing, new propositions, and customer experience
– Own trading performance, evaluating activities and initiatives, optimising the programme’s levers for engagement and mitigation
– Insight: Lead and continuously develop customer insight roadmap that ensures Sky VIP have a robust measurement framework and segmentation for evaluating commercial performance and effectively engaging our customer base
– Propositions: Support business casing for new propositions, preferential upgrade offers, experiences and content sampling
– Team management: Coach and inspire team ensuring clear direction and prioritisation, and empowered to strategically shape the VIP programmes journey, put our customers first and deliver on our strategy and performance goals

What you’ll bring:
