Minimum qualifications:
Experience writing SQL queries and creating and maintaining tables.
Experience with analysis or business intelligence tools (e.g., dashboards, spreadsheets, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
Experience as a business analyst in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or similar experience in technology businesses.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience deriving insights from data and presenting findings back in a business setting.
Knowledge in the technical aspects of cloud computing infrastructure and enterprise IT deployments.
Understanding of consumption-based business models.
Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, and bring clarity and structure.
Ability to create and cultivate cross-functional networks and manage without authority.

As a Strategy Consultant, you will play a critical role in developing the strategy for how Google Cloud operates and makes investment decisions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will help to define our overall Go-To-Market strategy, propose where we make headcount investments, analyze the financial viability of different solutions and functions, and study the market to ensure we stay ahead of macroeconomic trends, market developments, and the landscape. You will be a strategic partner of the executive strategy and operations leadership of Google Cloud EMEA and will build relationships of mutual trust. In addition, you will play an important role to shape and guide the strategic shifts and investments that we make.

Responsibilities
Study the macroeconomic and landscape trends in the EMEA market to understand specific initiatives we can undertake to accelerate our growth.
Analyze our current performance and footprint to identify areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement in collaboration with our Business Performance team.
Help to identify customers and support driving processes to identify transformational partnership and business agreement ideas.
Participate in strategy projects, including emerging markets strategy, headcount and hub strategy, representation productivity improvement initiative, contributing analytical insights, and gathering information in the form of external research, interviews, surveys, etc.
Feed insights into our core decision and planning processes while making them actionable. Synthesize findings into actionable, executive-ready documents and presentations.
