The Role
As the Senior Strategy Analyst, you will support the Head of Strategy Development & Partnerships to provide analysis, process development and thought leadership for transport strategy, partnerships, acquisitions and development. With some ambitious but achievable growth plans, this role will be pivotal to the success of the transformation project.
You will be involved in everything from strategy development, analysis, business modeling and presentation of insights. This role will see you work across all areas of Transport & Logistics, with key responsibilities including;
- Support the development and articulation of Transport Strategy aligned to overall Primary Connect Strategy and Group Strategy (across a 3 pillar customer/partner model).
- Support the development and execution of partnership agreements and development of commercial models to expand the reach of the Primary Connect operation and capability for an enhanced end to end customer offer.
- Create modelling that accurately represents current and alternative strategy options
- Deliver business cases that are accurate, well documented and clearly presented.
- Present and communicate meaningful results, recommendations and commentary to appropriate stakeholders.
- Develop commercial and operational constructs for new business models taking account of risk and reward elements, asset ownership, rate structures, systems and organisation structure requirements.
- Ability to generate clear and concise strategy and analysis presentation material with clear narrative and structure to gain consensus and support for initiatives and changes.
- Ability to work independently to generate deliverables and manage time to meet required deadlines.
About You

- Extensive experience in logistics and commercial development
- 3+ years strategy development experience
- Management consulting experience
- Previous experience in an analyst role
- Strong financial acumen and understanding
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Be a Strategic thinker with an ability to balance short term and long term outcomes
