Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in process, project and/or program management
  • Experience in data and spreadsheet analysis (e.g., examination of data sets, generating insights/conclusions and revealing important facts/trends)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and/or executives
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to structure and simplify information so that large groups of stakeholders understand

Within Go-to-Market, the EMEA Sellside Strategy and Operations team supports the teams in Google’s Ads business supporting publishers. We are trusted advisors for Sales leadership, Sales teams and Product Specialists to make the right data-driven decisions, and save their time.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Run processes and manage business planning and programs across multiple cross-functional stakeholders, draft agendas, and lead meetings to drive results 
  • Define, set, and track metrics to reach desired outcomes across both activities completed and outputs achieved 
  • Create and document structure, processes, and best practices via clear and concise communication 
  • Drive continuous improvement in existing processes and optimize communication to distributed stakeholders across EMEA 
  • Craft executive-level presentations with applicable narratives across the organization
