Job Description

This is an awesome opportunity to join our high performing Customer Team in this exciting strategic role. As Strategic Partnership Lead, you will be tasked with developing and building strong relationships, converting these into commercial opportunities for the Meridian Retail Group, whilst delivering to customer expectations and driving our strategic retail ambitions.

To execute on a strong sales partnership strategy, you’ll work collaboratively across the organisation, tapping into your networks, making presentations and pitches, and leading complex commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders to ensure commercial growth.

As a people leader, you’ll also provide best practise coaching and development for your team, ensuring they have the tools and capability to meet their goals.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • A strong track record in business development including developing strategic sales plans to create great commercial partnerships
  • Basic legal understanding to successfully lead contract reviews and negotiations
  • Solid understanding of business modelling and forecasting ROI
  • Commercial capability with a focus on driving revenue outcomes
  • Awesome communication skills with a gift of the gab!
