Key Responsibilities:
- Sales growth; Develop ideas and new ways of working to improve productivity, quality and win rate of Sales Team
- Be the eyes and ears across the Europe sales team, staying up to date and aware of challenges and bring new ideas for initiatives to provide value and efficiency
- Provide training to the Sales team to embed and improve outputs from the Sales Steps to Success process, enhancing their marketing knowledge and self-service abilities
- Strategic Marketing & Content Production - Develop the GWS | Local Europe go to market strategy to advance the CBRE Local Europe brand position through innovative, client-centric marketing activity and value proposition development
- Develop a single marketing and communications plan to include an annual programme of specific client campaigns including: Creation of thought leadership and collateral, Case studies, Social media campaigns
- External events and exhibitions, Award submissions, Sponsorship and partnerships,
- Develop reporting metrics to measure success
- Deploy insight, industry knowledge and business understanding to make strategic recommendations to the business
- Ensure all marketing campaigns add value at each stage of the client journey and reinforce CBRE’s brand, sector and service line expertise
- Activation and Campaign Management - Develop and execute a commercially focused, value-adding programme of integrated and strategic marketing campaigns for agreed target opportunities
- Brand Custodianship; Custodian of CBRE brand including adherence to our visual identify, key messaging, creative expression, tone of voice, imagery and other expressions that develop brands and build equity
- Digital Strategy; Display a comprehensive understanding of the opportunity afforded by Digital channels, and integrate digital into all activity, working to identify opportunities where digital can replace other tactics
- To act as the conduit between the Global Marketing functions to ensure consistency in external brand and messaging and leveraging global campaigns and content
Experience required:
- Proven experience in developing & delivering external marketing campaigns (including digital) & improving brand awareness across multiple countries in an international matrix environment
- Must be able to influence others and engender confidence. Be proactive and able to prioritise demands and make decisions under pressure; work as part of a multi-disciplinary team; provide support to other areas of the business and be self-sufficient and be able to work on your own as well as in a team
- Must possess the ability to plan ahead, managing multiple deadlines across multiple stakeholders Bachelor's degree or comparable marketing qualification or closely related discipline is preferred
- Ability to work in a face-paced, deadline driven team environment
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential information
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and ambitious
- Attention and eye for detail
- Able to establish productive relationships with people at all levels
- Positive and adaptable approach to problem solving
- Excellent English writing/verbal communication skills with another European language an advantage
