The Skills

You should ideally be qualified to Degree level in a relevant subject (such as Finance, Commercial or Business), or have obtained an acceptable equivalent. You should have a background in power generation or manufacturing, with senior leadership experience in any of the departmental areas (Supply Chain, Finance, Training or Performance Improvement). Experience should cover leading teams and managing performance, along with aspects of delivering change, executing successful outages, project management, improvement cycles, budget management and peer reviews, e.g. WANO missions if your experience is in the nuclear industry.
