Strategic Client Technology Lead (S-CTL) 

The CTL is at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts for our industry focused enterprise customers. 

Enterprises expect technology to be the main enabler of innovation to deliver on their business priorities and goals. CTL inspire and ideate with customers the possibilities technology provides to them, drive thought leadership in digital transformation and build strategic partnerships with C- level technology and innovation executives.

The CTL is the leader responsible for designing the strategy and architecture to drive digitalization and innovation agenda of our enterprise customers and acts as the Innovation and Digital Transformation Thought Leader. With deep industry knowledge, broad technology skills and unparalleled business acumen; CTL starts with Innovation/ DT agenda of our customers, connects industry/business priorities to technology strategy and develops value propositions which align with our customer’s business strategies, leveraging the rich portfolio of Microsoft and its partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Transformation & Innovation Strategy: Understanding customer's industry and business goals, Microsoft solution areas and partner solutions to build a roadmap to enable customer’s DT/Innovation agenda
  • Technology Thought Leadership: Reimagining the role of technology as a business and innovation partner to drive transformation agenda of our enterprise customers, help them understand the impact of emerging and strategic technologies and inspire & influence them for technologies to become the main enabler of business innovation
  • Industry & Business Architecture: Creating long-term strategy which links business, technology, and industry needs of our customers to enable their business and transformation strategy, based upon customer’s business, technology and industry knowledge & experience
  • Technology Sales Leadership: Leading technology sales activities to drive the digital transformation vision and roadmap of our customers with Microsoft technologies. Planning and orchestrating the solution proposal and coordinate technology sales teams to provide the right solution to the customer
  • Leadership : Change agent internally and externally to inspire and ideate about possibilities new technologies provide to drive business strategy and priorities of our customers. Owning and strengthening the relations with C-level technology and innovation executives in business unit

 

This job will provide you :

Qualifications

We are looking for you to demonstrate deep expertise in the Automotive and Mobility Industries and business, knowledge of the markets in which customer operates, and Microsoft’s capability to help the customer drive their digital transformation.

You may have a track record in our customers' industries and may have performed in positions such as CIO, CTO, CDO.

The broad scope of responsibility of this role requires a solid understanding of both business and technology strategy, change management, and a principled approach to broad digital transformation challenges and opportunities.

You may also share a common set of characteristics, such as strong leadership and people skills, and bring the experience that drive innovation and customer value. 

 

Qualifications:

  • proven experience in digital transformation roles
  • technical leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or business administration related degree
  • fluency in English and French
  • experience in business consulting or consultative selling is desired
