Responsible for specifying, developing, testing, documenting and implementing solutions to business requirements that affect store systems.
Responsible for testing upgrades to store systems.
Responsible for setting up of complex promotions for the business and acting as a point of contact for promotion support
Provides 3rd line technical support during working hours as appropriate.
Provides 2nd line technical support out of hours as required.
Responsibilities
Maintain up to date test scripts for all store systems.
Maintain up to date support documentation for all store systems.
Participate in projects to improve store systems and interfaces as appropriate.
Test new store systems hardware, software releases and OS upgrades.
Regression test to ensure that the operation of the store is not adversely affected by IT changes.
Implement changes to store systems in conjunction with store support teams and in line with agreed change control procedures.
Support and monitor pilots and rollout as appropriate.
Complete support handover for changes to store systems.
Upkeep quick reference sheets for swift solution resolution
