An exciting Opportunity has arisen for a Stock controller to join our Harrods Team. We are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running and confidently liaise with stakeholders. To succeed in this role one must be inquisitive and able to foresee any issues before they happen.

The Food & Beverage Cost Controller reports into the Admin Manager, Culinary Dept and is responsible for managing F&B product margins, costs & inventories ensuring that the appropriate internal control procedures are followed in the most effective manner across all sites within Restaurants, Kitchens & Culinary Admin functions in conjunction with the senior Culinary team.
